MM April 28-29, 2011 was a success. We've served approximately ~350 and counting individuals...
On behalf of BLM and LNHS 94, I would like to sincerely extend our thanks TO …
… Garnet who has been our legs in locating the right people to contact, spending days and hours to complete every tasks I’ve asked for, determined to finish as much as she can… for her utmost effort in finding best deals for meds… getting last minutes stuff done upon a buzz… and for continuing to do the foot mobile work we can’t do… her time since the launching of the MM until now has been spent wisely… thanks for the patience.... She’s getting better at my directions even w/o me uttering a word… thank you
… Marianne for your incessant patience and detailed advice … for the reminders and for the whispers on things forgotten… for the “anything else” kind of a thing… thank you
… Slazh for continuous support and being there … the alertness in tapping in people… thank you
… Lenny for guiding Garnet every knock on the door… for taking care of boxes after the other… thank you
…Amy, Char, and Sara for picking up the cleft hangers… situational that is… thank you
… Dr. Piok, Dr. Gabriela, Mayor Luspian, Colalo/Cabiten and Paco Brngys captains/healthcare workers and community for the man power and support as well… thank you
… Shaun and Mng Brenda’s roadrunner speed (ok, exaggerating here but you know what I mean…) upon being paged to go to the Bank… thank you
… LNHS officers in BC and Erniza’s determination to get one or more body to be present even by means of traveling to where people are… thank you
… to padi Penelope, Agusta & daughter, Criselda, and Jonathan for the rescue in Colalo/Cabiten, thank you.
… to Char, Aloy, Dominga, Erniza, Brian R., Vida – for additional in Lepanto, thank you
… to Ian Erl Caytap and Karla Tauli – our acting pharmacy staff (also audited meds after) for keeping it cool during the chaos… you’ve survived the back to back MM… thank you
… to Mng Flor, Dr. Andy M., Dr. Fonete, and c/o LNHS 1982, teachers, and other alumni, thank you… it was nice working w/ everyone … thank you.
… to South Bay Rehab, Paradise Valley Hospital, Western Home Health staffs who have been rooting for the success of this mission… and those who have donated for the basic equipment expenses, thank you
… to our anonymous moral supporters, thank you
… to the pharmacy stores who helped us greatly w/ meds ordering, thank you
… last but not the least… to my nephew Joseph de Leon and family, my bro Santos and son Sidney, sis Lorna, bro-in-law Dean and daughter Cleo … for your outmost support, patience, and understanding… they were our runners, loaders and more… thank you
… all efforts were appreciated. W/ everyone’s help, the Med-Den-Rehab Mission, April 28-29, 2011 was a success. It is our hope that this project won’t end here but rather starts and continue on. It would be great if the majority would support future MM projects by cash/equipment donations, man power, and moral support…
Please look forward more future projects and participate as much as you can.
Currently, there’s this “Back to School program” in June and the regular CGG!!!
Matagu- tago tako am en!
Thank you!
